Community Rules (voted and approved 7-1-2023, at the HOA annual meeting on that date)

 

Notes were added to the Community Rules on 5/3/24 indicating:

1) a Utah law regarding maximum fines

2) excerpt from our CC&Rs regarding interest that can be assessed on an unpaid balance.
